Advanced Floor Concepts has been building structural floors for over 11  years in and along the Front Range. We pioneered the use of structural concrete floors in 1997 and have over 9,000,000 square feet of this system in place ranging from 500 square feet to over 18,000 square feet in residential applications. Using the most current computer aided drafting and engineering programs; we have the capability of designing floor systems for any
application.

We field ten construction crews and a warranty crew from our office and yard in Castle Rock. Our operating range is from Fort Collins to Larkspur and from Limon to the ski areas. Our welders are certified and all crews undergo rigorous training in all of our products. All personnel are employees – we do not use so-called independent contractors.

We are also active in remediation where existing floors have failed and need to be replaced. We offer a turnkey solution involving remediation protocol, engineering and construction. Our mission is to provide the highest quality structural floors possible through innovations in design and to assist the builder community in dealing with construction issues such as expansive soils and air contamination due to mold, mildew and fungus infestations.
